Commercial Photography Saskatoon Katelyn Lehner

LeClair Media recently did a Commercial Photography shoot with Katelyn Lehner in Saskatoon.  We prepared a golden hour fashion photography / lifestyle photography styled shoot around the scenic winter areas in Saskatoon.  Doing a shoot outdoors during winter in Saskatchewan can sometimes be a challenge pending the weather.  Once people start to get the slightest bit cold they look uncomfortable and get flushed red skin quite quickly which are not optimal for photos.  But if you time out your target locations well and plan out places to warm up you can get some great scenic wintery shots.  Timing is also key in these types of shoot.  The window of opportunity for golden hour is an hour, however the unique colours you see may change over a matter of mere 5-15 minutes.  Walking a few minutes to another location nearby may change the colouration of the scenic photo you were hoping to capture.

It was great to get creative and work with Katelyn Lehner for this shoot.  She’s currently working exceptionally hard to produce new music and has big goals for herself in the music industry.  We’re looking forward to see her new content come out soon!
