LeClair Media was glad to recently do some photography work with the Saskatoon Contacts at Merlis Belsher Place.  It was great to see a full crowd in the still relatively newly built $41-million state of the art ice facility on U of S campus, near the Saskatoon Field House.  As mentioned frequently there is a large diversity of different industries and communities we are a part of with our photography & video production content creation.  Hockey is yet another one of these.  There definitely are some unique niche aspects regarding sports photography work.  You will definitely need the proper lenses / telephoto lens with a long enough focal length to reach the point of action.  As well as quite fast shutter speed & reflexes.  Having a background in hockey definitely helps!
